We’re looking for a Project Manager to be based in Hela Province and lead the delivery of impactful community projects across PNGLNG Project Impact areas. This role is central to overseeing the implementation of initiatives through the Community Investment Trust of the following Landowner Trust Entities, Gas Resources Gigira, Gas Resources Hides No.4, Gas Resources Angore, Gas Resources Juha and Gas Resources Pipeline, ensuring timely and quality outcomes in line with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of projects in beneficiary communities.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and community reps.
- Prepare project documentation for implementation.
- Manage project risks and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to engage in development opportunities.
- Provide timely weekly updates and monthly reports to the senior management team.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or Community Development / Social Studies
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience.
- Sound financial analysis of project related costs and decision making
- Class 1 & 6 PNG driver’s licence.
- Experience with remote project work is an advantage.
